Our Villa offers ample privacy as well as beautifully maintained common ares which include outside barbecue, fire pit, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness facility, tennis courts, private beach and an onsite restaurant, all within your own 24 hour secured entrance.

Villa Twenty Three offers you beautiful marble floors throughout the entire villa, two beautifully decorated master suites with en suites, both bedrooms have king size beds and have custom wood wardrobes with plenty of storage. Both bathrooms have double vanity sinks and walk in showers, one even is ten feet long with dual shower heads (big enough for ten people)! Each bedroom has its own central air conditioning system.This is not the through wall remote a/c system(that is very loud and not equally distributed) this is a true central air system,with individually controlled rooms. This is a big plus when traveling with other people. Some may like it very cold while they sleep, and others more mild. This is a great feature that allows everyone to enjoy their own comfort level. There is a flat screen TV in each room as well as in the main living area, There is even a full size washer and dryer in the Villa, The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and beautiful stainless steel appliances including a wine refrigerator. The amazing disappearing glass doors that lead to the balcony fully open to the beautiful infinity edge Jacuzzi and beautiful balcony area with seating for all to enjoy!
