The first phase of Diamante will feature 66 golf villas located within the Dunes Course. Also available are 78 home sites located on Sunset Hill and 50 Beach Estates, all a minimum of one half acre in size providing ocean views.

In addition, located above the Dunes Clubhouse is a collection of 20 spacious 2 bedroom condominiums called the Dunes Residences. Ten of the Residences will be full ownership, and the other ten will be part of a Private Residence Club.
